About The Position

The Sales/Marketing Representative at Alpine Home Medical is responsible for driving sales and traffic to the Salt Lake store by engaging with both consumers and businesses within the defined territory. This full-time role involves direct selling, building relationships, and promoting durable medical equipment (DME) products to various healthcare partners and community events. The position offers a base salary with additional earnings tied to sales performance.

Requirements

• High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• DME experience highly preferred but not required.
• Experience in driving sales and pursuing specific marketing goals.
• Ability to identify patient/customer needs and provide feasible solutions.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Computer literacy skills are a must.
• Attention to detail is key.
• A resourceful self-starter able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in territory sales.
• 2 years of sales experience preferred.
• 2 years of retail sales experience preferred.
• 2 years of customer relationship management experience preferred.
• 2 years of customer support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct selling to consumers and businesses, including cold-calling businesses such as post-acute rehabilitation and long-term care facilities.
• Develop and strengthen meaningful B2B and B2C relationships with customers.
• Prepare quotes for complex rehab products and maintain a high closing rate.
• Attend industry networking events and represent Alpine Home Medical positively on social media.
• Drive referrals to the retail location to increase customer loyalty.
