About The Position

Georgia Spine Orthopaedics & Neurology is a Comprehensive Spine and Orthopedics Care Provider in Georgia. Our locations include Atlanta, College Park, Columbus, Dalton, Gwinnett, Marietta, Tucker, Stockbridge, Roswell, and the Surgery Center of Roswell. We specialize in offering cutting-edge treatment with a conservative approach. We are growing and seeking an enthusiastic WC Sales & Marketing Liaison to join our Workers’ Compensation team. The Workers’ Compensation Sales & Marketing Liaison serves as the primary outreach representative for the practice within the Workers’ Compensation community. This role focuses on building strong referral relationships, increasing brand visibility, and ensuring seamless communication between external partners and internal clinical teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, polished, and extremely familiar with the Workers’ Compensation landscape.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Workers’ Compensation marketing, medical sales, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of the Georgia Workers’ Compensation system and referral ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel when required.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in orthopaedics, neurology, spine care, or occupational medicine.
  • Existing relationships with adjusters, case managers, and employers.
  • CRM experience and proficiency with reporting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with adjusters, nurse case managers, employers, TPAs, insurance companies, and attorneys.
  • Conduct regular in-person visits, presentations, and check-ins with referral sources.
  • Represent the practice at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to increase referrals and market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities and emerging trends within the Workers’ Compensation sector.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Workers’ Compensation referrals.
  • Ensure timely follow-up, appointment coordination, and communication with referral partners.
  • Work closely with internal clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth referral experience.
  • Provide feedback from the field to support operational improvements and service enhancements.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning discussions.
