Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven success in sales, outreach, and marketing
  • Experience building and nurturing referral networks (healthcare strongly preferred)
  • Comfortable owning and reporting on KPIs and sales metrics
  • Strong public speaking, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive independently in field‑based relationship building
  • High integrity, follow‑through, accountability, and professionalism
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, sales pipelines, and calendar/task management
  • Genuine compassion for seniors and families navigating care transitions

Nice To Haves

  • Home care, home health, hospice, senior living, or healthcare referral experience
  • Strong understanding of local market dynamics and care continuum pathways
  • Proven ability to initiate, grow, and sustain referral relationships
  • Ability to track, analyze, and improve sales performance
  • Strategic thinking paired with exceptional interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain referral partnerships with hospitals, SNFs, assisted living communities, physicians, social workers, and case managers
  • Represent Peggy’s Home Care at community events, outreach activities, and professional networking opportunities
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to expand brand awareness
  • Support families and referral sources by clearly articulating service offerings and value
  • Identify new opportunities, underserved markets, and strategic partnerships
  • Track, analyze, and report key sales metrics, referral trends, conversion rates, and market activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional service delivery
  • Execute daily/weekly outreach targets aligned with sales goals
  • Coordinate community events, presentations, and educational engagements
  • Document and track all sales activity through CRM
  • Provide weekly reporting on KPIs, pipeline status, and market feedback
  • Ensure referral partners have consistent, reliable communication
  • Support the admissions process to drive strong conversion rates
