We are seeking a rock star Growth Intern to generate qualified leads for on-demand service companies such as Lyft and Instacart. We are looking for a hustler who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to get his or her hands dirty. You will have a chance to work directly with our founding team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in the on-demand economy and tech startups in general. Prior experience in sales/marketing is a huge plus. You will be compensated through commissions directly tied to the amount of converted leads that you generate. Our current 8-week plan calls for a minimum of $7,500 in individual commissions with uncapped potential earnings. The Team You'll work with a rockstar founding team that's just getting started building a product to help on-demand companies source contractors. We've raised capital from some of the top angel investors in New York and now want to use it to grow as quickly as possible.

  • Executing a targeted recruitment plan to sign up contractors for on-demand services like Instacart and Postmates.
  • Identifying key prospecting opportunities and developing an engagement strategy for them
  • Helping to build an overall growth strategy.
  • Commitment of at least 25 working hours per week
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and sustain a high level of self-motivation
  • Currently pursuing undergraduate degree or full-time role in sales and/or marketing (preferred)
