As a Sales & Marketing Intern you will be responsible for shadowing the Sales Counselors and collaborating with the division marketing team. You will observe meetings with prospective buyers to communicate, persuade, and conduct final sales for newly constructed residential homes. You will learn how marketing strategies are executed by working with divisional marketing leadership to execute media plans, special projects, and reporting and tracking exercises. Recruitment Timeline: We’re excited to review applications! Recruiting efforts will begin in late February, with interviews scheduled from late February through March. Internship Schedule: This internship is full‑time, Monday–Friday, and runs for 10–12 weeks during Summer 2026.
