Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Intern to support our business development and marketing initiatives. In this role, you will assist with market research, campaign execution, sales operations, and customer engagement. This internship provides hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams while developing practical skills in sales, marketing, communications, and data analysis.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing principles and sales processes.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms
  • Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as social media posts, newsletters, email campaigns, and promotional content.
  • Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct competitor and industry research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Help manage social media channels and monitor performance analytics.
  • Update website content (where applicable).
  • Assist in lead generation and qualification activities.
  • Help maintain CRM systems by updating customer information and tracking interactions.
  • Support sales team with proposals, presentations, and customer follow-ups.
  • Perform market mapping and identify potential customer segments.
  • Participate in outreach efforts, including email and call campaigns.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign metrics and provide insights to improve future performance.
  • Support data entry, tracking, and reporting related to pipelines and sales activities.
  • Assist with coordination of events, meetings, and marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the department.
