About The Position

Creative Dining Services is looking for a full time Sales & Marketing Coordinator for the Haworth Hotel, located on Hope College's campus. Located in the heart of Holland, Michigan's historic downtown, the Haworth Hotel welcomes guests from all around the world for conferences, vacation stays, meetings, more! Our Sales & Marketing Coordinator will work to support hotel operations by managing marketing efforts, and assisting our sales team with electronic and printed materials, as well as administrative tasks.

Requirements

Associates Degree in Marketing , Media Technology, or Graphic Design preferred
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Proficient in Social Media Outlets & Web Development with proven track record
Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills
Experience performing administrative responsibilities preferred
Graphic design experience preferred

Responsibilities

Collaborate with hotel sales team and management to develop and manage marketing and promotions.
Handle social media and campus communications, including website updates, promotions, and photography.
Create event stories and photos for trade magazine submissions and possible recognition opportunities.
Create and execute an annual marketing plan for the hotel and conference center.
Performs accurate record keeping of all work related expenses
Support sales team with administrative tasks and assist in selling and detailing groups/events.
Use analytics to measure and report marketing campaign performance.
