The position provides administrative support to the Director(s) of National Accounts, who are responsible for maintaining and growing the National Account chain/segment business. This support includes tasks such as supplier contract distribution, new item and vendor setup, pricing, Limited Time Offers (LTO) or promotions, and new menu communications. The role also involves brands conversion, rebate/administrative fee calculation and processing, and problem resolution. Additionally, sales support duties include preparing requests for proposals (RFPs), compiling data for business reviews, handling ad hoc reporting requests, and creating sales presentations. The position requires utilizing various information and reporting systems to ensure accurate information is provided for decision-making. The individual will function as a team member within the department and across functions as required, performing any duty assigned to best serve the company.
