About The Position
CBS/FOX in Sioux City, IA is seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist and dedicated Sales Professional to drive growth for assigned accounts and uncover new opportunities. This role is pivotal in nurturing strong relationships with existing clients while establishing a robust network to support overall account growth. The Marketing Consultant will be expected to learn and utilize the entire Sinclair portfolio of assets to identify solutions and generate proposals that meet client needs effectively. The primary responsibilities include delivering weekly revenue forecasts with a high degree of accuracy, utilizing in-house sales tools and data-rich systems to craft executable and realistic business plans aimed at meeting individual goals. The successful candidate will maintain and continuously grow a book of business, actively seeking ways to increase spending from existing clients while nurturing a pipeline of potential business opportunities. Creating effective marketing campaigns tailored to client needs and conducting ongoing business reviews to ensure these campaigns meet and exceed client expectations are also key components of this role. Additionally, the Marketing Specialist will analyze key data points within sales reports, maintain awareness of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, and adjust strategies as necessary to maximize campaign performance. Providing superior customer service is essential to achieving a brand reputation for reliability, consistency, and credibility, while also establishing a personal rapport with local business owners and professional networks. This position requires a proactive approach to relationship management and a commitment to understanding and adapting to customer needs as they evolve.
