About The Position
KABB/WOAI/GOAI -TV is seeking dynamic marketing specialists and dedicated sales professionals who will be responsible for driving growth within assigned accounts. The ideal candidates will uncover new opportunities, nurture strong relationships with existing clients, and establish a robust network to support overall account growth. Marketing Consultants are expected to learn and utilize the entire Sinclair portfolio of assets when identifying solutions and generating proposals, ensuring they can provide comprehensive support to their clients. In this role, you will deliver weekly revenue forecasts with an accuracy of plus or minus 2%, utilizing in-house sales tools and data-rich systems to craft executable and realistic business plans that meet individual goals. You will maintain and continuously grow a book of business or list of accounts while nurturing a pipeline of potential business by actively seeking ways to increase the spending of existing clients. Creating effective marketing campaigns for clients and conducting ongoing business reviews will be essential to ensure that campaigns meet client business needs and exceed expectations. Additionally, you will analyze key data points within sales reports, maintain awareness of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize campaign performance. Providing superior customer service is crucial to achieving a brand reputation for reliability, consistency, and credibility, while also establishing a personal rapport and likeability with local business owners and professional networks.
