About The Position
The Quarto Group is seeking a Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our Central Marketing Operations department. This is an entry-level position that plays a crucial role in supporting the marketing and sales teams. The Sales & Marketing Assistant will be responsible for creating and producing a variety of marketing materials, maintaining the Edelweiss online catalogs, and assisting with trade show preparations. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively. In this role, the Sales & Marketing Assistant will create and copy edit text for company catalogs, compile marketing materials, and proofread all marketing content to ensure accuracy and quality. The assistant will also support the marketing and sales staff by creating sales and organizational materials as needed, maintaining lists, and distributing materials as required. A significant portion of the role involves working with the Edelweiss Interactive Online catalogs, where the assistant will assist in creating catalogs and flyers, conduct training sessions, and manage user access. Additionally, the Sales & Marketing Assistant will play a key role in trade show preparations, including gathering information for proposed shows, managing logistics, and ensuring that all materials are prepared and shipped on time. The assistant will also be responsible for maintaining spreadsheets related to distributed advanced copies of new titles and assisting with monthly reporting and customer service emails. This position offers a dynamic work environment where creativity and organization are essential for success.
