The Sales Manager will oversee and mentor Telemarketing Representatives in their responsibilities. This includes making cold calls to prospective customers from lists and, as directed by management, reaching out to financial professionals such as brokers, commercial and investment bankers, asset-based lenders, equity and debt sponsor groups, accountants, attorneys, and business consultants. The Sales Manager will also participate in industry trade shows for networking purposes and respond to prospects in a timely manner. Additionally, they will support and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to grow the company's business, assist in company publicity through mailers, advertisements, deal announcements, and more. The role requires entering and maintaining all prospective and active client data in the company-directed contact management software system, complying with established processes and procedures, and performing other duties as directed by management.
