Requirements

  • 5+ years of multiplatform media sales experience or equivalent industry experience.
  • Leadership experience with a focus on local is a plus.
  • Results driven with proven ability to lead teams to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Experience guiding, directing and motivating personnel.
  • Ability to identify the developmental needs of others and coach them.
  • Working knowledge of the local digital and media advertising landscape.
  • Adept at creating new revenue opportunities leveraging an omni-channel sales approach.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office products and CRM tools.
  • Working knowledge of sales tools including Wide Orbit, Google Ad Manager.
  • IAB and/or Google AdWords certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth at KTVX, KUCW, AntennaTV, and all Nexstar Digital assets in Utah and beyond.
  • Provide leadership and vision for a team of Account Executives to align to multi-platform selling.
  • Accountability for revenue development and budget achievement across all platforms.
  • Coach your team to achieve budgets as individual contributors.
  • Implement results driven marketing solutions across broadcast and digital platforms.
  • Accurate revenue forecasting across all platforms.
  • Manage inventory and maximize yield.
  • Utilize CRM for pipeline management, revenue analytics, sales calls and meetings.
  • Provide ongoing education and training on evolving multi-media tactics.
  • Lead ongoing recruitment for new multiplatform sales talent.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and prospective sales candidates.
  • Manage administrative duties, collection and billing, account list management.
