About The Position

The Sales Manager at Paramount Roofing is responsible for overseeing the residential sales team, driving them to meet sales goals, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role involves hiring, training, and mentoring the sales team while executing a direct sales strategy focused on retail sales rather than storm damage. The Sales Manager will conduct weekly meetings, monitor sales metrics, and work closely with ownership to establish a sales reporting framework.

Requirements

• Sales management experience in Roofing, Construction, Restoration or similar industry
• Strong track record of accomplishment and promotion
• Highly personable with the ability to quickly build relationships
• Ability to set ladder and climb roofs
• Highly organized and efficient with time management
• Team oriented
• Decision-making and problem resolution skills
• Detail focused
• Strong follow-up skills required
• Customer service orientation
• Capable of handling multiple projects/tasks at one time
• Proficient computer skills, familiarity with using sales CRM software a plus
• Must pass background check - including criminal check and driving record
• Desire and enjoy meeting new people with purpose of helping them
• Professional appearance and demeanor
