In this role, you will be expected to lead by example, demonstrating the values of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. You will engage with potential members, understand their fitness goals, and guide them through the membership process. Your ability to connect with people and inspire them to take action will be key to your success. Additionally, you will be responsible for training and mentoring new sales staff, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their own sales goals. This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift, and weekend availability is required as needed. The compensation structure includes a base hourly wage of $14.00 to $16.00, with the potential to earn bonuses of up to $300 per month and commissions averaging between $200 and $300 per month, depending on performance. There is no limit or cap on commissions, making this an exciting opportunity for driven individuals.
