About The Position

As a web accessibility hub, accessiBe provides different AI-Powered solutions for testing and remediating web accessibility, as well as various professional services aimed to create an inclusive web and help businesses comply with web accessibility standards and regulations i.e. WCAG and ADA. accessiBe’s full suite of web accessibility solutions enable businesses of all sizes, from solopreneur to large corporations, to take part in global inclusion efforts and to make their websites available to everybody, regardless of ability. As our newest Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and strategic planning of a full cycle, new business, account executive team. You will be overseeing and responsible for driving a significant portion of accessiBe's revenue, focusing on growing our direct sales (B2B) team as we continue to grow to new industries, geographies and products.

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of sales management experience
  • Experience in managing a team of Account Executives
  • Sales process understanding of revenue sharing models/sell through
  • Understanding of sales methodologies (cold calling, value selling, closing)
  • Ability to thrive and work fast in a competitive environment
  • Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to inform decision making
  • Ambitious and result-oriented with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Managing and growing a team of high performing account executives to drive long-term relationships with our customers
  • Continuously improve the processes, analysis, and tactics deployed by our teams to drive revenue and ARR growth
  • Evaluate and maintain behavioral and growth tactics
  • Strategically plan and implement new initiatives that support growth, analysis, and sales best practices

Benefits

  • The salary band for this position ranges from $125,000-$150,000 base salary (OTE ~180k - 300K), plus equity and this will be based on your experience and skill sets.
