About The Position
Brookdale San Ramon is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional with a strong focus on driving occupancy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of senior living and be skilled in outreach, relationship-building, and closing deals. A proven track record of engaging with prospective families and effectively communicating the value of the community is essential for success in this role. As a Sales Manager at Brookdale, you will be a guide for families and older adults, helping them navigate the sales journey from interest to move-in. You will work with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads and partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.
