The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and profitability of our durable goods manufacturing division by leading and managing regional sales efforts. This position is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies that increase sales volume and expand market presence within assigned territories. The Sales Manager will oversee outside sales teams, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and equipped with effective sales plans and incentives to achieve and exceed targets. By analyzing market trends and customer needs, the Sales Manager will tailor approaches to secure successful sales outcomes and foster long-term client relationships. Ultimately, this role is critical in aligning sales initiatives with company objectives to maximize revenue and sustain competitive advantage.

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed sales volume targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and train outside sales teams to enhance their performance and professional growth.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in regional sales management within the durable goods manufacturing industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that increase sales volume.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and training outside sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced degree or professional certification in sales or business management.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Background in designing and implementing sales incentive programs.
  • Familiarity with Moxy market environments.
  • Track record of leading sales teams to achieve sustained growth in competitive markets.
