About The Position

In this role you'll: Build relationships across the customer organization. Ensure customers have a comprehensive understanding of all Amadeus Hospitality suite of Solutions and how they work together. Focus on continued engagement with territory prospects by acquiring new customers across all Amadeus Hospitality Solutions. Manage a large volume of customers/prospects within the assigned territory. Ensure annual renewals/retention, new business targets, and KPIs across assigned accounts are achieved. Create opportunities through consultative sales and relationships throughout the customer organization. Lead campaign development and timely follow-up. Collaborate with Product Specialists to manage opportunity identification, proposal development, price quotes, and negotiation throughout the sales cycle. Execute locally on corporate product endorsements with the customer base. Create and maintain strong internal partnerships with Amadeus key stakeholders and engage the appropriate team members to ensure customers receive optimal value. Consistently build a new business pipeline to meet assigned KPIs and sales goals. Work with the Customer Success Management Team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, owning the overall customer relationship. Collaborate with Finance partners on Accounts Receivable/cash collection compliance. Work with your Customer Success Management Team for customer Quarterly Business Reviews (where applicable) and to ensure your customer is achieving optimal value from Amadeus solutions.

Requirements

  • Resides in Texas, Arizona, Colorado, or Nevada.
  • Holds a Bachelor's Degree or has equivalent work experience within Tech, Marketing, Hospitality, or BI Sales.
  • Has 5+ years of experience in Corporate B2B Sales or Regional Sales Leadership within the Hospitality Industry/Hospitality Tech (preferred).
  • Has 5+ years of experience handling high volume, proactive, outbound, inside sales.
  • Demonstrates the ability to influence hospitality executives.
  • Possesses excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Has a history of achieving sales targets and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Exhibits strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt quickly to the company's operating environment, gaining the trust and respect of prospects, customers, colleagues, and team members.
  • Experience with Amadeus solutions and/or tech sales is preferred.
  • Proficient in Salesforce.
