Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and objectives that align with the company's business goals.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage sales teams, including setting performance targets and conducting regular evaluations.
  • Provide training and mentorship to sales staff to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Create sales plans, forecasts, and budgets, and monitor progress toward sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competition.
