The Sales Manager will be responsible for building, training, motivating, and maintaining a quality sales organization. This includes assisting in hiring sales consultants and conducting in-depth initial training sessions covering dealership selling systems, product knowledge, and professional conduct. The role also involves scheduling regular training sessions to review and reinforce sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills. Key duties include negotiating trade-in deals, staying informed about used vehicle inventory and pricing, monitoring daily sales operations, researching market trends, cultivating customer relationships, and collaborating with the service department for a seamless post-sale experience. The manager will establish and enforce policies prioritizing customer satisfaction and set appraisal guidelines.
