About The Position

Acura of Highland Park is building a strong, disciplined sales operation — and we are looking for a Sales Manager who can help lead that effort.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands how to desk deals, develop people, and drive consistent performance.

Requirements

• You know how to desk and structure deals properly
• You can coach salespeople and improve performance
• You hold people accountable without creating chaos
• You understand both volume and gross — and how to balance them
• You are organized, detail-oriented, and consistent
• You take ownership of outcomes, not just activity

Responsibilities

• Desk and structure deals to ensure profitability and lender compliance
• Work directly with sales consultants to improve close rates and consistency
• Coach and train daily — not occasionally
• Drive accountability around follow-up, appointments, and CRM usage
• Support inventory pricing, deal flow, and overall sales strategy
• Help maintain a professional, structured sales environment
• Step into deals when needed to support and close business
