About The Position

As Sales Manager, you will be a key driver of growth, directly reporting to the Vice President of Marketing & Business Development. You’ll develop innovative, cost-effective solutions for our clients, ensuring top-tier service standards and building lasting relationships. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team and help shape the future of experiential events.

Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) and a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the hotel, event, DMC and / or hospitality industry
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through sales calls, industry events, and hotel partnerships.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with hotel representatives and past clients.
  • Respond promptly (within 24 hours) to inquiries and leads.
  • Collaborate with Creative Services and Operations teams to develop proposals and client solutions.
  • Build rapport with suppliers, hoteliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Work with the creative team to craft tailored proposals, revisions, and follow-ups.
  • Sell a variety of services including destination management, décor, team-building activities, and more.
  • Proactively plan and strategize to meet and exceed sales goals, with bonuses for surpassing targets.
  • Lead sales meetings, attend site inspections, and participate in networking events.
  • Prepare proposals, contract, and oversee proposal follow-up.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for seamless event execution and client support.
  • Other duties as assigned.
