Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the in-spa sales team to exceed monthly revenue goals
- Drive sales of treatments, skincare packages, and luxury retail products
- Conduct personalized client consultations, recommending the best services and packages
- Build lasting relationships with both new and returning clients
- Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to close
- Collaborate with spa management and marketing on promotions and campaigns
- Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth
- Maintain expert knowledge of treatments, skincare lines, and products
