About The Position

Sales Manager (“Recruiter”) — D1 Alliance Mission: Own the sales funnel end-to-end—turn leads into booked assessments, new memberships, and recurring revenue while building strong community partnerships. D1 Training is a rapidly growing fitness franchise with over 80 facilities open and more than 180 in development. Every workout follows a structured 8-week training cycle , meticulously designed and backed by sports science to deliver real, measurable progress . What started as a program for aspiring youth athletes has evolved into comprehensive training for adults and teams, helping individuals at every level push toward their full potential. D1 Training Alliance is a premier, veteran-owned athletic training facility located in Alliance Town Center in Fort Worth, TX . Requirements

  • 2–3 years of proven sales experience in fitness, sports performance, or membership businesses
  • Strong consultative selling and objection handling skills
  • High activity tolerance (phone/text) with CRM discipline
  • Clear, confident communicator

Nice To Haves

  • Membership or recurring-revenue experience
  • CRM/gym platform familiarity (GoHighLevel, MindBody)
  • Athletic or coaching background (certifications a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Immediate response to new leads (speed-to-lead matters)
  • ≥60% of new leads scheduled within 15 days
  • Maintain >60% appointment show rate
  • Clean, accurate CRM pipeline (notes, stages, next steps)
  • 8–12 active community partners driving referrals
  • Call/text new and warm leads; qualify and book assessments
  • Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows
  • Re-engage past leads and no-shows
  • Maintain daily CRM updates and KPI tracking
  • Build partnerships (schools, teams, businesses, orgs)
  • Support events and book leads on the spot
  • Collaborate with coaches/GM to improve conversions
