At its core, the sales team is responsible for helping customers to reach this belief as well. No one person can do this - it’s a team effort. The individual is responsible for growing new business with existing clients as well as winning new logos. This role will own the sales process from lead generation through contracting. You’ll work alongside a talented group of peers, reporting to a management team that’s passionate about your skills and career development. You will be a member of our Scaled Services team, specialized on our wall-climbing robot technology which provides health checks to power plants & other industrial players.

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling $50k - $500k deals for complex solutions, technology, or value-added services.
  • Quota-carrying sales professional with additional specialized knowledge in breadth and/or depth, as well as record of success in sales.
  • High curiosity and business intuition that drives continuous learning.
  • Mindset of helping clients make a high-quality decision about a new way of solving their problems.
  • Thrive in an environment that requires high personal responsibility as well as comfort with the high pace and change associated with a hyper-growth company.
  • Comfort selling at the plant level (to customers who use hard hats and walkie talkies) as well as to corporate roles.

Nice To Haves

  • Industry/domain expertise in power/utilities, oil & gas, heavy manufacturing, chemicals, or government (federal/state/local).
  • Experience selling for a startup or new product line/business unit.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of company products to prospect for new business at existing clients and potential new logos.
  • Own the sales process from lead generation through contracting.
  • Deeply understand your client’s business and challenges and map those to solutions we provide.
  • Meet aggressive revenue targets with uncapped earnings potential.
  • Active participant in internal trainings and team meetings to make you and your colleagues better.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, providing actionable insights to the sales and leadership teams.
