The Sales Manager at Everstory leads all Sales initiatives and practices. You are tasked with developing our front line Sales Counselors, and driving performance through a customer focused experience. This role will be an empathetic professional that understands the value of providing our families with all options in their time of need. In this position, you will also be responsible for: Collaborating with sales staff to ensure the attainment of sales goals. Monitoring production at location and developing the sales team. Providing direction in the hiring, promotion, and training of assigned staff, ensuring company policies are followed. Ensures the best possible results from presentations to current and potential clients. Communicating frequently with all departments to ensure support of location needs. Daily evaluations of sales activity in order to provide recommendations and best practices. Coordinating employee scheduling to ensure coverage at all times.
