Role Summary Ourisman Automotive Group is seeking a passionate Sales Manager to drive growth in our expanding sales department while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Engage with clients to understand their needs thoroughly and assist them in finding a vehicle that meets their preferences. Be the go-to expert on all vehicle features, optional packages, and the latest technology. Personalize the vehicle delivery experience, ensuring clients are familiar with its operational features. Maintain consistent follow-up with clients through the dealership's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Requirements
