Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to hit and exceed monthly targets
- Desk deals, structure financing, and close customers
- Train, coach, and develop sales consultants
- Monitor KPIs, follow up on leads, and drive showroom traffic
- Maintain a high-energy, professional sales floor culture
- Work closely with GM and F&I to optimize performance
