About The Position

Direct Hire Sales Manager - Direct Hire Location: Corpus Christi, TX or Houston, TX Compensation: $110K – $125K Base + Commissions Team Leadership: 5 Direct Reports Lead and manage all aspects of the Sales Department for a growing mechanical/HVAC contractor Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue and profit growth Oversee forecasting, reporting, bid tracking, and sales performance metrics Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team (5 direct reports) Collaborate with estimating and operations to strategically select and pursue projects Build and maintain strong relationships with Owners, General Contractors, Consultants, Subs, and Suppliers Drive sales of new construction, retrofits, upgrades, service agreements, and maintenance contracts Support contract negotiations and commercial management of projects Ensure department training, succession planning, and retention initiatives This is a high-visibility leadership role with strong earning potential and growth opportunity. Requirements

• 7+ years of Sales Management experience
• Strong background in Construction, HVAC, MEP, Chillers, or Boilers
• Proven leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in both office and field environments
