JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Sales Manager – B2B Reports To: Director of Sales & Strategic Operations Location: Hybrid or Remote Salary/Hourly Rate: $75,000-85,000 commensurate with experience Commission Structure: Tiered model beginning at 7% of net-new revenue; accelerators above quota OTE (On-Target Earnings): $140K+ expected with consistent performance. H&W Rate: N/A Type: ☐ SCA ☒ NonSCA ☒ Full-Time ☐ Part-Time ☐ Internship ☐ Temp-to-Perm Job Summary: IBEX is seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Manager to drive new business acquisition across our growing suite of offerings — including our proprietary SaaS platform (NectarIQ), IT training services (IBEX ED), and contingent workforce staffing (FLEXOps). This individual will be responsible for developing and closing qualified opportunities, building strong relationships with procurement, supply chain, and IT stakeholders, and supporting overall revenue generation. This is a quota-carrying role focused on strategic selling, with expectations for lead conversion, pipeline growth, and consistent quarterly performance. The B2B Sales Manager will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams and serve as a senior contributor helping to shape IBEX’s commercial strategy. This position requires a strong closer who can build a pipeline, execute strategy, and help shape our commercial sales function. It also requires adaptability, as IBEX evolves in a fast-paced environment with lean resources, especially in the early ramp-up period.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a B2B, full-cycle sales role with responsibility for new business generation
  • Proven ability to sell complex solutions or services (e.g., SaaS, procurement, or staffing)
  • Comfortable managing your own pipeline and forecasting revenue
  • You’ve earned more than $30K+ in annual commission in past roles
  • Proficiency using HubSpot or other CRM systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable selling in-person and remotely (phone, video, email)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple pipelines
  • Experience selling into government agencies, prime contractors, or regulated industries
  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Able to work independently and in a remote-first environment with accountability
  • Excellent business writing and communication skills
  • Must have current US work authorization

Responsibilities

  • Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close across key sectors: tech, public sector, healthcare, and education
  • Develop, qualify, and manage a robust pipeline of leads generated through inbound and outbound activity
  • Understand customer needs and effectively communicate value propositions tailored to IBEX services and platforms
  • Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns and follow-up strategies
  • Prepare proposals, pricing models, and client contracts; negotiate and close deals
  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM and track sales KPIs
  • Stay current on industry trends in procurement, compliance, SaaS, and workforce development
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of IBEX’s go-to-market strategy
  • Provide post-sale client transition support in partnership with operations teams
