About The Position

Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and company sales goals Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share Manage and grow a portfolio of select key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reporting and forecasting Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction Identify new business opportunities and support reps in closing high‑value deals Ensure CRM systems and sales documentation are maintained accurately and consistently Represent the company professionally with customers, vendors, and industry partners

Requirements

  • Approximately 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in oils, lubricants, automotive, industrial, or related industries
  • Prior experience leading or mentoring a sales team strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing key or strategic customer accounts
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic, data‑driven decisions
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed
