What You'll Be Responsible For: Managing and supporting the daily operations of the sales department Desking deals and maximizing front-end and back-end gross Coaching, mentoring, and developing sales consultants to improve performance and closing ratios Partnering with Finance to ensure smooth deal flow and maximize profitability Monitoring inventory, pricing strategy, and market competitiveness Ensuring excellent customer experience and strong CSI performance Assisting with hiring, training, and performance management Driving sales volume, lead conversion, and overall department success What You Bring to the Table: Proven success as an Automotive Sales Manager or Finance Manager ready to step up Strong desking and deal structure experience Track record of achieving sales and gross profit goals Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills Experience with CRM (VinSolutions) and DMS systems (Dealertrack preferred) High energy, strong work ethic, and growth mindset Luxury brand experience is a plus (Acura, Volvo, or similar) What We Offer: Competitive base salary + aggressive commission and bonus structure Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits Paid time off and holidays Leadership growth and advancement opportunities within a growing organization OEM training and professional development Supportive, engaged ownership and executive leadership Opportunity to help build and lead a store under new ownership Why O'Steen Automotive Group? Requirements
- Proven success as an Automotive Sales Manager or Finance Manager ready to step up
- Strong desking and deal structure experience
- Track record of achieving sales and gross profit goals
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Experience with CRM (VinSolutions) and DMS systems (Dealertrack preferred)
- High energy, strong work ethic, and growth mindset
