Requirements

5+ years sales experience in high end dealership/2 years as Sales Manager
The skill and talent to train, motivate and coach salespeople to success
Commitment to treat customers and employees with respect and fairness
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships
Strong work ethic focused on business and personal growth
Effective verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on presentation and negotiation
The organizational skills needed to keep the department running smoothly
Proficient with CRM, Appraisal and DMS software programs
Valid/clean drivers license and background check
Willingness to work Saturdays and attend special events when needed
