Nati Boutique, a rapidly growing boutique retailer, is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our SoHo location. This is a selling-first leadership role. As Sales Manager, you will work directly under the CEO/Co-owner and be primarily responsible for driving revenue and exceeding financial sales goals. The majority of your day will be spent on the sales floor actively selling alongside your team, leading by example, coaching in real time, and creating an exceptional client experience. This is not a back-office management position — it is a hands-on, high-performance sales leadership role. You will set the tone for a high-energy, collaborative selling culture while ensuring the store operates smoothly and efficiently.
