About The Position

ReEmployAbility, the largest national provider of specialty return-to-work and transitional employment programs, is seeking a Sales Manager in our Tampa, FL headquarters. ReEmployAbility is looking for an experienced Sales Executive who is ready to take the next step in their career, or a seasoned Sales Manager who is looking to join an established company with a startup culture, to lead a growing sales staff. Requirements

  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in working with a CRM Sales System (i.e., Microsoft Dynamics CRM) and analyzing data and trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business acumen and sales expertise.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Results-driven and able to translate data into actionable initiatives.
  • Proven ability to motivate and align sales teams to achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Demonstrated success in driving performance and accountability through structured goal setting, coaching, and follow-through.
  • Skilled in creating and implementing sales strategies that generate momentum and focus across the sales organization.
  • Experienced in identifying underperformance trends and executing targeted interventions that lead to measurable improvement.
  • Track record of inspiring a culture of ownership and results, fostering team cohesion and individual growth.
  • Adept at using sales data and KPIs to create traction and maintain momentum across all stages of the sales funnel.
  • Ability to lead by example, setting a high standard of performance and consistently moving the team toward ambitious targets.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated successful sales experience, account management and/or client services, preferred in B2B sales environment.
  • 2+ years Leadership experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or related field; or relevant experience in lieu of education.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the workers’ compensation industry, strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the sales team by an established management framework, providing guidance, training, coaching, motivation, and mentorship to drive, manage, and improve performance.
  • Achieves objectives through effective planning, quota/goal-setting, monitoring and analyzing performance, and projecting future performance.
  • Hires and trains new sales team members on sales strategies, techniques, and processes.
  • Helps to develop individual sales plans for Sales Team and works with the team to identify, develop, and expand new and existing relationships with Carrier, Broker, and Employer stakeholders.
  • Partners closely with Company leadership to implement national and regional sales programs and campaigns targeting existing clients and new prospects to support the growth, development, and retention of business.
  • Continuously manages, measures, and reports on the sales pipeline and related processes and KPI’s through the CRM and other reporting systems.
  • Collaborates with company leadership to implement continuous improvements in sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
  • Cultivates relationships with key clients and all levels of decision makers with employers, brokers, TPAs, and insurance carriers.
  • Prepares and manages the sales budget, including planning, allocating resources, and tracking approving expenses.
  • Acts as a company representative at regional and national industry related conferences and events.
  • Other responsibilities or duties may be assigned.
