The Sales Manager is responsible for leading our catering and sales efforts throughout the Gun Lake Casino Resort’s restaurants, bars, hotel rooms, meeting spaces, and the Wawyé Oasis operations. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the catering sales team, cultivating client relationships, and coordinating catering operations within the casino environment. The incumbent also provides leadership and strategic planning while responsible for increasing Food & Beverage, hotel room, and any non-gaming revenue opportunities.
