As our Sales Manager, you will lead and scale a multi-vertical sales team across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical, driving both performance and accountability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales, with 2+ years in leadership
  • Strong preference for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or home services
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Elite coaching and team development ability
  • Strong command of sales metrics and KPIs
  • Ability to drive both results AND culture
  • Experience with CRM systems (ServiceTitan, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Competitive. Accountable. Relentless.
  • Leads from the front—not from a desk

Responsibilities

  • Own revenue outcomes across all sales verticals
  • Coach and develop a team of high-performing sales professionals
  • Drive cross-selling strategies to maximize every opportunity
  • Build a predictable, scalable sales engine
  • Lead, coach, and hold the sales team accountable to daily, weekly, and monthly goals
  • Conduct ride-alongs, call reviews, and 1:1 development sessions
  • Build a culture of urgency, competition, and continuous improvement
  • Drive $2M+ per rep annual production targets
  • Improve close rates, average ticket, and overall conversion
  • Own forecasting accuracy and pipeline health
  • Ensure consistent execution of sales process, discovery, and presentation
  • Maintain 100% follow-up discipline and CRM accuracy
  • Drive manager involvement in high-value opportunities
  • Increase multi-trade attach rates (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical)
  • Maximize revenue per household
  • Partner with marketing and operations to optimize lead flow and capacity
  • Ensure clean handoffs from sales to install
  • Protect margin through strong scoping and pricing discipline
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with service, install, and leadership teams
