Where Leadership Meets Performance This is a hands-on, high-accountability, full-time role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-expectation environments. $50K–$70K annual earning potential Base pay + monthly bonuses based on personal and team performance 40–45 hour workweek, including evenings and weekends Pathway to Club Manager through our MIT (Manager in Training) program This role is built for driven leaders who know how to execute, inspire, and duplicate their success through others.
