We design, manufacture, and install our products locally using a proven sales and production system. Due to continued growth, we are hiring a Sales Manager to lead and develop our in‑home, commission‑based sales team. This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on performance, coaching, accountability, and results. What You’ll Be Responsible For Own the performance of the in‑home sales team Coach sales reps through training and structured feedback Improve close rate, average ticket, and consistency Hire, onboard, and train new sales representatives Enforce adherence to our proven sales process Monitor KPIs, lead flow, and appointment outcomes Address underperformance directly and professionally Build a disciplined, accountable sales culture What Success Looks Like Sales reps consistently follow the sales process Close rates and average sales improve Underperformers are coached up or managed out The team operates with confidence, structure, and professionalism
