Requirements

Proven track record in sales or sales management, ideally in luxury spa, med spa, aesthetics, or skincare
Skilled in consultative selling and closing high-value sales
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Professional, polished, and client-focused
Comfortable using CRM tools and digital sales tracking systems
Passionate about wellness, skincare, and luxury service

Responsibilities

Drive sales of luxury spa treatments, skincare packages, and retail products
Lead, inspire, and coach the in-spa sales team to consistently exceed monthly revenue targets
Conduct one-on-one client consultations, presenting options and recommending personalized packages
Build lasting relationships with new and returning clients
Manage the sales pipeline from inquiry to close, ensuring exceptional service throughout
Collaborate with spa management and marketing to design effective promotions and sales strategies
Track performance metrics, generate reports, and identify growth opportunities
Maintain deep knowledge of spa treatments, skincare lines, and product benefits
