The company is seeking a professional, enthusiastic, and effective Sales Manager with a proven history of sales success. This role involves numerous functions related to driving sales volume through the management of sales teams. The Sales Manager will serve as the direct supervisor for all Sales Associates and will conduct ongoing training and performance evaluations of the staff against required national and division standards.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated track record of positive results related to Team Management, Competitive Analysis, Training, Strategic Planning and Overall Operations.
  • Demonstrate Leadership and an understanding of key metrics that drive a successful sales team.
  • Ensure your team meets or exceeds the necessary performance standards.
  • College degree or equivalent professional work experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of managing a Sales team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.

Responsibilities

  • Teach Sales Associates to make profitable sales and communicate Sekisui House U.S. Inc.’s value proposition in accordance with the company’s vision.
  • Partner with the Director of Sales and National Sales Leadership to increase sales opportunities and positively impact market share through customer interaction, data analysis, professional relationships with the Realtor community and extensive “in the field” presence for the sales staff.
  • Play a critical role in new talent acquisition and selection by constantly sourcing prospective candidates to join the Sekisui House U.S. Inc. sales team.
