About The Position

Sales Manager – Domestic Alexandria, VA (Washington DC Metro Area) Are you a high-energy automotive leader ready to take the next step in your career? We are a high-volume domestic automobile dealership located in Alexandria, Virginia — just minutes from Washington, DC — retailing 120+ vehicles per month (60 new / 60 used) and growing. We are seeking a Sales Manager who can motivate a sales team, drive showroom traffic, and consistently close deals. This is an opportunity for a strong Floor Manager, Finance Manager, or top-performing Senior Sales Consultant ready to step into leadership at a stable, reputable dealership.

Requirements

• Proven automotive sales success (management experience preferred but not required)
• Strong closing and desking skills
• High energy, positive leadership style
• Ability to train and hold salespeople accountable
• Track record of meeting or exceeding volume and gross objectives

Nice To Haves

• CDK/Reynolds experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to exceed monthly goals
• Desk deals, structure and close transactions
• Drive showroom traffic and appointment show rates
• Work closely with BDC and marketing to maximize opportunities
• Maintain high CSI and compliance standards
• Create a high-energy, accountability-driven sales culture
