About The Position

As a Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in building and leading our sales teams, driving growth and success in new territories. Your expertise will help mentor and empower our Sales Agents, ensuring they achieve their targets and are equipped with the necessary tools for success. Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience with 2+ years managing Sales Agents.
• Active Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines (PL) license.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Mastery of the insurance sales process and training capabilities.
• Proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and quotas.
• Coaching and mentoring a diverse team of 12-14 Sales Agents.
• Meet and exceed performance metrics for individual agents.
• Analyze team and individual sales performance data.
• Establish relationships with key personnel in various departments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product enhancements.
• Create and execute new sales initiatives and strategies.
• Assist in the recruitment and training of new Sales Agents.
