We are seeking a seasoned Manager of Inside Sales with technology B2B sales experience and MSP experience preferred, to lead, develop, and transform our Account Management (AM) team. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will drive strategic initiatives that fuel revenue growth through renewals, cross selling, and churn reduction. You will lead a team of Five 5-9 Account Managers—ranging from long-tenured legacy professionals to recent hires—and instill a culture of proactive client engagement and accountability.
