The Sales Manager reports to the General Manager, and is responsible for the management of the Sales Department and implementation and administration of the applicable sections of the corporate strategic plan, and the department budget. The incumbent is responsible for his/her department's achievement of sales quotas, and frequently needs to work under pressures of time and adverse conditions. Job-related contacts include all corporate employees, purchasing agents and senior employees of customer companies, etc.
