About The Position

Core responsibilities Sales strategy: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve or exceed revenue and occupancy goals. Client management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers to secure business and foster repeat clients. Contract negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements for group bookings, events, and corporate stays. Market analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities. Team leadership: Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to ensure high performance and to help them meet targets. Collaboration: Work with other hotel departments, such as marketing, to align sales and promotional efforts and ensure customer satisfaction . Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Sales activities: Prospect for new business through cold calling, site visits, networking events, and trade shows.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in sales, especially in the hospitality sector.
  • Understanding of market trends and competitive analysis.
  • Proficiency with CRM databases and sales software.
