Client management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers to secure business and foster repeat clients. Contract negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements for group bookings, events, and corporate stays. Market analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities. Team leadership: Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to ensure high performance and to help them meet targets. Collaboration: Work with other hotel departments, such as marketing, to align sales and promotional efforts and ensure customer satisfaction .
