What You’ll Own Immediate response to new leads (speed-to-lead matters) ≥60% of new leads scheduled within 15 days Maintain >60% appointment show rate Clean, accurate CRM pipeline (notes, stages, next steps) 8–12 active community partners driving referrals What You’ll Do Call/text new and warm leads; qualify and book assessments Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows Re-engage past leads and no-shows Maintain daily CRM updates and KPI tracking Build partnerships (schools, teams, businesses, orgs) Support events and book leads on the spot Collaborate with coaches/GM to improve conversions
