The Sales Manager is responsible for growing and maintaining sales of commercial laundry products within our Direct Distribution channel. Key aspects of this position include leading and developing a team of sales representatives within their assigned markets, executing and implementing results-oriented sales strategies, creating and maintenance of business relationships with customers, and pre and post-sales support. The Sales Manager role will be assigned a territory within their designated region and will be responsible for growing and maintaining sales in a variety of different areas while following the Alliance Laundry Systems quality standards policies and procedures.
