Requirements

At least 2 years of sales management experience, with a proven track record of success.
At least 2 years of personal sales experience, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and results.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and innovation.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and inspire an in-home sales team to achieve and exceed goals, fostering a high-energy, results-focused atmosphere.
Set ambitious sales targets and guide the team to crush them!
